There is  ample  parking at the lighted Lot located on the  Right side of the building as well as the side streets.  

Avoid Confusion

Understand that near the theatre, Federal Hwy turns into Sunrise Blvd for one mile East—West stretch area.

Federal Hwy runs North or South as normal after that stretch.  See Maps below.
