Misty Eyez Drag Queen Movie Reviews
Misty Eyez

LOVED IT *****(Five Stars)

YES YES YES!  This movie was spectacular.  Jigsaw (Tobin Bell) and his apprentice, Amanda (Shawnee Smith) are back with a new journey full of all new "games" for you to play.   Let me start by saying that the Games in this chapter are more vicious and cut throat.  Unlike in the first two chapters, where if you master the challenge you are free to go, in this segment they are a bit more terminal.  Yes this chapter is by far more diabolical.
That being said I will also tell you that this chapter is an excellent part three for it goes into great detail of the first two chapters to explain and or wrap up some un finished details.  It helps the audience fully understand the how and most of the why.  Congratulations to Director Darren Lynn Bousman for being able to do so much explaining and yet keep the story moving rapidly forward.  All the while keeping the audience on the edge of their chairs afraid of what was going to happen next.
If you are a fan, you will be amazed at what is yet to come in this edition, and yes of course you will be pleased to know there has been a door left open, leaving room for a possible sequel.
The plot and the character development were extremely believable and wonderfully written.  Full of twists and unexpected turns.  I have to admit I was impressed with the physiological drama for not only will you leave the theatre with nightmares, but you will also leave with a strong sense of cause and effect.  For everything we do, affects how others will react.  Wow, this movie was good.   My only complaint was that the movie was too dark, maybe it was for an eerie effect but I would have liked to been able to see more clearly.
My favorite line in the movie was when Jigsaws Apprentice (NAME) said "I know its really hard to focus when your surrounded by so many things around to kill me with"

Saw 3
Suspense/Horror and Sequel. Jigsaw has disappeared; and with his new apprentice Amanda--the puppet-master behind the cruel, intricate games that have terrified a community and baffled police--he has once again eluded capture and vanished. While city detectives scramble to locate him, Dr. Lynn Denlon is unaware that she is about to become the latest pawn on his vicious chessboard. One night, after finishing a shift at her hospital, Lynn is kidnapped and taken to an abandoned warehouse where she meets Jigsaw, bedridden and on the verge of death. She is told that she must keep the madman alive for as long as it takes another one of his victims, Jeff, to complete a game of his own. Racing against the ticking clock of Jigsaw's own heartbeat, Lynn and Jeff struggle to make it through each of their vicious tests, unaware that he has a much bigger plan for both of them. 1 hour, 47 minutes. MPAA Rating: R (for strong grisly violence and gore, sequences of terror and torture, nudity and language).
