Viva Pedro, a Tribute to Pedro Almodovar presented by
Emerging Cinemas stars avier Bardem, Fransesca Neri, Liberto
Rabal, Ángela Molina, José Sancho, with the special
collaboration of Penélope Cruz and Pilar Bardem. Pizza
delivery man Victor is having an argument with Elena, whom
he met a few days ago, but she was high then and doesn't
want to hear about him. Reacting to the noise, two cops,
young David and older Sancho, arrive at the scene, the gun
accidentally goes off.. Four years later David is a
wheelchair basketball star, he's married to Elena, Victor is
released out of prison and their destinies begin to cross
again.

"Room" is the disturbing, surreal story
of an overworked Texas woman who cracks under the economic
and psychological pressure of supporting her family. Julia
(Cyndi Williams) is barely making ends meet by working at
the Paradise Bingo Hall in Houston when she begins having
visions of a stark, bleak, mysterious industrial room,
accompanied by intense headaches and disturbing blackouts.
After waking up from a minor car accident, she robs her
employer, abandons her family, grabs a plane, and arrives on
the streets of New York City in search of the room itself,
haunted by psychic visions that continue to drive her to
extreme acts.

Cesar is a young schoolboy living in
Paris with his family. Their life is ordinary, but Cesar
wants more excitement (which he creates, in one instance, by
claiming to his teachers that his father has been arrested).
During the school holidays, Cesar and his friend Sarah
decide to help their mutual friend, Morgan, find his father
who supposedly lives in London. Each one tells their parents
that they're staying with the other two, and together they
sneak out to begin their search.

LAW OF DESIRE
This sixth film in a series of 8 within
Viva Pedro, a Tribute to Pedro Almodovar presented by
Emerging Cinemas stars Eusebio Poncela, Carmen Maura,
Antonio Banderas, Miguel Molina, Fernando Guillén, Manuela
Velasco, Nacho Martínez, and Bibi Anderson. Pablo and Tina
have complicated sexual lives. Pablo writes and directs
plays and films; he's gay and deeply in love with Juan, a
young man who won't reply to Pablo's affection or letters.
Pablo's sibling Tina is a transsexual, angry at men, raising
Ada, and trying to make it as an actress. Pablo takes up
with Antonio, a youth who becomes jealous of Pablo's love
for Juan. Antonio seeks out Juan, and violence leads to
Pablo's grief and a temporary loss of memory. When memory
returns, he learns that Antonio has taken up with Tina. In
horror, he hurries to Tina's rescue and must face Antonio
and his desire

BAD EDUCATION
This eighth film in a series of 8
within Viva Pedro, a Tribute to Pedro Almodovar presented by
Emerging Cinemas stars Gael García Bernal, Fele Martínez,
Javier Cámara, Daniel Giménez-Cacho, Lluis Homar, Fransisco
Boira. In the early 60s, two boys - Ignacio and Enrique -
discover love, movies and fear in a Christian school. Father
Manolo, the school principal and Literature teacher, both
witnesses and takes part in these discoveries. The three
characters come against one another twice again, in the late
70s and in 1980. These meetings are set to change the life
and death of some of them.
