 Located in The Crown & Anchor, The Central House Bar & Grille brings simplistically eclectic cuisine to the heart of Provincetown while accenting the region's local seafood and vegetables with very little preparation. Working directly with local farmers and fisherman whenever possible allows Executive Chef Amy Howell the ingredients to speak for themselves. Bringing approachable sophistication both in the kitchen and the dining room, Wine Steward and restaurant manager Peter Miscikoski enlightens the dining experience with an amazing wine selection and warm hospitality. Relax and people watch in the open patio with one of the delicious Rose by the glass while enticing your taste buds.
