The American, starring George Clooney, follows an assassin, Jack (played by Clooney).  After a job in Sweden ends more harshly than expected for this American abroad, Jack retreats to the Italian countryside where he takes an assignment to construct a weapon for a mysterious contact.  Going the Distance stars on-again-off-again couple Drew Barrymore and Justin Long.  It follows the trials and tribulations of trying to make a long distance relationship work.  Machete is an action film co-written, produced, and directed by Robert Rodriguez and Ethan Maniquis. The film stars an ensemble cast of sorts with Danny Trejo, Steven Seagal, Michelle Rodriguez, Jeff Fahey, Cheech Marin, Lindsay Lohan, Don Johnson, Jessica Alba and Robert De Niro.
