Dr. Cabrera has them fill out a 16-page questionnaire so that he can get to the root of the problem.

“I speak to them for an hour and then I connect the dots,” the doctor says. 

Genesis Health Institute specializes in anti-aging techniques and general wellbeing by using a multi-faceted approach to enhance the quality of your life during the aging process.  

Dr. Cabrera, the internist who runs Genesis with his partner and Office Administrator/Patient Coordinator Dimitri Bakoulis, says their most popular service is Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT). Many patients get the testosterone treatment because it transforms body fat, sharpens thinking and makes a big change in libido. In fact, Dr. Cabrera is the only doctor in Fort Lauderdale who offers Pellet Bio-Identical Hormone Replacement Therapy. 

Dr. Cabrera tests blood to find out about food allergies in his patients. When found, they do an elimination diet to see how it affects the patient. Usually, they end up losing weight. 

The doctor focuses on hormone replacement therapy, proper nutrition, regular exercise, and adequate rest and recovery. These medical treatments are available for both men and women.
