The
mission of the 2010 Green Dog Day Festival is to
unite the neighborhoods of the South River District and showcase the
talents, neighborhoods and local businesses through the event
benefiting shelter dogs and animals through donations, education,
and adoption. Its secondary mission is to promote green and healthy
living through the horticulture vendors, educational presenters and
farmers market.
The Grand Charity of the 2010 Green Dog Day
Festival is The Pet Project.The mission of the Pet Project is to
enable people living with HIV/AIDS or other disabling condition to
keep their pets by providing pet care and ongoing support. Please

This event, presented
by the 13th Street Alliance and South River District, isSunday May 16th from Noon-5 p.m. at 13th st.between
Dixie Highway and Flagler in Fort Lauderdale.
